Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of DPS HAULAGE LIMITED pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 11 June 2024 at 10.27am on the application of the High Court at Rotorua.

We fix 18 July 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
