Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by shareholder special resolution on 23 January 2024 at 1.00pm.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 29 March 2024 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
