MOUNT CIVIL LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 5 June 2024 at 11.03am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

YATES FOREST HARVESTERS LIMITED by shareholder resolution on 28 May 2024 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 2 August 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
