Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2024 at 10.18am and 10.21am respectively, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by order of the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) upon the application of the Inland Revenue.

The liquidators fix 18 July 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
