Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of REFRIGERATION SOLUTIONS NELSON LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High court at Nelson pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 31 May 2024 at 11.08am on the application of the Inland Revenue.

We fix 7 July 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
