Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 6 June 2024 at 2.20pm on the application of Inland Revenue, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act.

We fix 18 July 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
