Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies have appointed Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator in the liquidations of DELHI HOSPITALITY LIMITED, BLESSINGS OVERSEAS LIMITED, NORTHSHORE HOSPITALITY LIMITED, FASH LIMITED, INDIAN FASHION & KRAFT LIMITED and ELEGANT OVERSEAS LIMITED (all in liquidation) on 30 May 2024 at 4.32pm.
The liquidator fix 15 July 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
