Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that NEW ZEALAND VACUUM CLEANER COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) was placed into liquidation on 5 June 2024 at 3.23pm, pursuant to sections 239ABU(b) and 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 by a creditors’ resolution at the watershed meeting. Stephen Robert White and John Howard Ross Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.

We fix 10 July 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
