Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of R.W. & A.C. KING LIMITED (trading as Western Holdings Limited) (in receivership and in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 3 June 2024 at 6.50pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 3 August 2024.
