Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Company Numbers: 8409381, 8182406 and 6252381

Geoff Falloon, chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 May 2024 at 3.00pm, 3.15pm and 3.30pm respectively.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

The liquidator has fixed 5 July 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at that date, and a distribution is declared, will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.

Licensed Insolvency Practitioners

Liquidators are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
