Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 at 11.10am on 30 May 2024. The appointment was made on the application of Tempest Litigation Funders Limited.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

I fix 12 July 2024, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
