Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BILLYGOATGRUFF LIMITED (in liquidation) pursuant to a special resolution by the shareholders of the company on 29 May 2024 at 9.00am.

We fix 12 June 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
