Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Jessica Jane Kellow, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MANTA5 LP (in liquidation) and BRIGHT SPARK INNVOATIONS GP LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of creditors passed at the watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act 1993 on 21 May 2024 at 9.55am.
