Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of the companies on 20 May 2024 at 11.00am and 11.15am respectively, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 5 July 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
