Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that at the watershed meeting held on 16 May 2024 creditors resolved that the company be put into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). Grahame Ward, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator of the company. The liquidation commenced on 16 May 2024 at 11.34am.

Notice to Creditors to Submit Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 June 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.

Notice to Appointment of Agent

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 260 of the Act in conjunction with section (n) of Schedule 6 of the Act, the liquidator has appointed Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery and Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, jointly and severally to act as agents for the liquidator.
