Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ANDREESONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholder on 13 May 2024 at 5.00pm.
