Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DAIRY SOLUTIONZ (NZ) LIMITED (in liquidation) and THERMO REGULATORY GENETICS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolutions of the shareholders of the companies on 13 May 2024 at 8.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Colin Sanderson (IP89) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TROPICAL DAIRY GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 13 May 2024 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SUMICH PLUMBING & DRAINAGE 2010 LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 13 May 2024 at 10.05am. pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
