Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 6 May 2024 at 1.05pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 21 June 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
