Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

John Fisk and Craig Sanson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company on 15 December 2023 by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). We had previously been appointed interim liquidators of the company on 6 October 2023 in the place of the original interim liquidators appointed. The interim liquidation commenced on 16 August 2023 under section 246 of the Act.

We fix 28 February 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
