Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BAYLISS BROS LIMITED by the shareholders of the company on 8 May 2024 at 9.00am.

We fix 5 July 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
