Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAMARIND NZ HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 6 May 2024 at 9.00am.

We fix 1 July 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
