Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SMITH AND NELLE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 6 May 2024 at 11.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
