Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AR- RAHMAN HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 3 May 2024 at 10.10am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 3 July 2024.
