Stephen White and Janet Sprosen, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TRANZKELL 2000 LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (the “Act”) on 3 May 2024 at 10.25am on the application of the Inland Revenue.

We fix 13 June 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
