Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SUPER CITY CLOTHING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 23 April 2024 at 5.45pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DAN & SONS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 26 April 2024 at 10.03am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 8 June 2024.
