TWENTY FORTY FARMS LIMITED (in liquidation)
Take notice that TWENTY FORTY FARMS LIMITED (in liquidation) were ordered by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 April 2024 to be put into liquidation. Ryan Eathorne, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of InSolve Partners, was appointed liquidator. The liquidation commenced on 29 April 2024 at 3.00pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 3 June 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claim and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
