Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 8660446 and 8660706

Brenton Hunt, of Insolvency Matters Limited and Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, of Khov Jones Limited, all Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholder pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 1 May 2024 at 5.30pm.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 5 June 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
