Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the following companies:

.ORTHO LIMITED: by a resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act on 19 April 2024 at 10.08am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

TIMES NEWSPAPERS LIMITED: by a resolution of the creditors passed at a watershed meeting held under section 239AT of the Companies Act on 30 April 2024 at 10.11am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.

FIREFIGHT CAPITAL LIMITED: by the High Court at Auckland on 19 April 2024 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

WINGSHEAD NZ LIMITED: by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 26 April 2024 at 11.40am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 30 June 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
