Pritesh Patel (IP120) Licensed Insolvency Practitioner was appointed as liquidator for JAY & S INVESTMENTS 2017 LIMITED (in liquidation)
by a special resolution of the shareholders on the company on 30 April 2024 at 9.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 7 June 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
