Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Stephen White and Janet Sprosen, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of DONG RUNE HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 19 April 2024 at 10.05am on the application of the Inland Revenue.

We fix 13 May 2024 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
