Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company by a special resolution of shareholders on Tuesday, 16 January 2024 at 8.40am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator of the company fixes 23 February 2024 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
