Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of GD INNOVATE CONSULTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court in Wellington on the application of Oppenheimer Pty Limited on 16 April 2024 at 11.17am.

We fix 24 May 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
