Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 as follows:

HAMILTON ELECTRIC VEHICLES LIMITED by the High Court at Tauranga on 8 April 2024 at 10.45am.

TRUSTED INSURANCE LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 12 April 2024 at 10.13am.

The liquidators fix 7 June 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
