Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, on the application of Freight Direct (NZ) Limited, has appointed both Daran Nair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and Heiko Draht, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, of Auckland, jointly and severally, as liquidators in the liquidation of BATH AND TILE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 22 March 2024 at 10.15am.

The liquidators fix 17 May 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
