Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of 3H EDUCATIONAL TRUST (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the trustees of the charity on 25 March 2024 at 8.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 and section 24(1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Peri Finnigan (IP17), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CLEVEDON VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT CUSTODIANS LIMITED (in liquidation) and OSTERLEY 15 LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolutions as to solvency and special resolutions of the shareholders on 2 April 2024 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Both are solvent liquidations.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NZ WALLS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 3 April 2024 at 10.25am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
