Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for TIGER & TIGER INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 2 April 2024 at 3.10pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 3 May 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
