Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning, were appointed joint and several liquidators of R W & S F GARDINER LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on the 28 March 2024 at 2.15pm.

This is a solvent liquidation.
