Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp and Benjamin Francis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies:

GRANOTECH LIMITED: by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 22 March 2024 at 5.44pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

VOXTON LIMITED: by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 27 March 2024 at 10.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

DELTA ROOFING SERVICES LIMITED: on 22 March 2024 at 10.05am by the High Court at Auckland on the application of The Wentworth Trust, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 31 May 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.
