Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 26 March 2024 at 3.25pm, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that AHL (2009) LIMITED (in liquidation) be solvent liquidated, and that Kiran Bhikha, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The solvent liquidation commenced on 26 March 2024.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 12th April 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Creditors and members may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
