Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 12 March 2024, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KATSUBI OREWA LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo of Auckland, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 12 March 2024 at 3.00pm.
