Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claim

Pritesh Patel (IP120), Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as liquidator for the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders of each company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 as follows:

EXCEL HOMES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 8 January 2024 at 9.30am.

KHAN’S AUTOBODY REPAIRS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 10 January 2024 at 10.30am.

DHEILS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 11 January 2024 at 11.00am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 9 February 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
