We, Diana Matchett, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110), and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators (“liquidators”) of the company by an order of the High Court at Dunedin on 21 March 2024 at 11.50am. The liquidation commenced on our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of SWD LIMITED (in liquidation), we fix 19 April 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended) or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
