Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SMALL TOWN MEDIA LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch on 14 March 2024 at 10.31am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of OBD Limited.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STRIPE STUDIOS (COMEDY) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 15 March 2024 at 10.29am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Iliza Vie Shlesinger.

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GREY LYNN DENTAL LIMITED (in liquidation) following the director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 19 March 2024 at 4.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. It is a solvent liquidation.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WINIPAC LOGISTICS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 20 March 2024 at 9.33am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
