On 18 March 2024, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CONSULTUS RECRUITMENT & RESEARCH NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 18 March 2024 at 11.30am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 22 April 2024.
