Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by the High Court at Christchurch on 14 March 2024 at 10.29am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 11 April 2024 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
