Kristal Pihama and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the incorporated society by the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on 12 March 2024 at 10.22am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 12 April 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
