Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP43), was appointed, pursuant to section 283 of the Companies Act 1993, as replacement liquidator of the above-named company on 11 March 2024 at 2.42pm, in place of Gregory Sherriff (IP52) who resigned as liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 30 October 2023.
