Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several Liquidators of O’BRIEN DAIRIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton on 11 March 2024 at 10.58am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Progressive Livestock Limited.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several Liquidators of LUMENOSITY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington on 12 March 2024 at 10.40am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Amber Marie Naveira and Victor Naveira.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DOGGY LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 12 March 2024 at 12.36pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ASIA PACIFIC BRANDS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 13 March 2024 at 7.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PIONEER PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 13 March 2024 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Peri Finnigan (IP17), Chartered Accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DAMERELL GROUP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) and DAMERELL GROUP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT 2 LIMITED (in liquidation) following the directors’ resolutions as to solvency and special resolutions of the shareholders on 1 March 2024 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. Both are solvent liquidations.
