Paul Manning of BDO Tauranga Limited and Rees Logan of BDO Auckland, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (Registration Numbers: IP37 and IP34 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by shareholder special resolution on 11 March 2024 at 10.15am.

Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 22 April 2024 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, to object to the distribution.
