Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Luke Norman, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at Invercargill on 8 March 2024 at 10.07am. The appointment was made on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
